Orders
Track every order through fulfillment, read its status, and dig into the detail — plus work orders, wholesale, retailers, and the sales channels feeding orders in.
The Orders section is where every order your brand sends to the warehouse shows up — from the moment it arrives off a sales channel to the moment it's delivered. It has five pages:
Manage Orders
Every order with its status and priority, the full order detail, and fast filters for what's urgent.
Sales Channels
The connected stores feeding orders into the warehouse, and whether they're syncing.
Three more pages sit alongside them and aren't covered in depth yet:
- Work Orders — assembly and value-added requests you send to the warehouse (build gift sets, re-label a run). You raise one and it waits for your 3PL to approve it; they do the physical work.
- Wholesale — orders going to a retailer or marketplace account rather than a consumer, shipped by courier or freight.
- Retailers — the wholesale accounts those orders ship to.
