Reading Your Dashboard

Today's pace, exceptions, inventory health, SLA performance, inbound, and shipped trends — what each panel means and how to act on it.

The Dashboard is the first screen you see, and the one that answers the question you actually care about: is everything on track today? Everything on it is scoped to your brand and updates as the warehouse works through your orders.

Time range

The panels that show trends use a time range you can switch between 7, 30, and 90 days (top right of the SLA panel). The selection is saved in the page URL, so you can bookmark or share a specific view.

The KPI tiles

The four tiles across the top are your headline numbers, each with a sparkline and a trend badge comparing the last 7 days to the 7 before.

TileWhat it tells you
Orders fulfilledHow many orders have shipped over the window (the label shows the selected range, e.g. Orders fulfilled (30d)). The sparkline shows daily volume.
Allocated ordersOrders that have stock reserved and are ready to be picked — your actionable queue.
On-time fulfillment rateThe share of orders shipped within your SLA target.
Avg fulfillment timeHow long, on average, an order takes from received to packed — measured in business hours.

On Avg fulfillment time, a lower number is better, so a downward trend shows as a positive (green) badge.

Today's pace

This panel breaks down every order due to ship today into the five stages of fulfillment, so you can see at a glance how much of today's work is done and how much is still in flight.

Today's pace bar with five stages

StageMeaning
FulfilledPacked and handed off — done for the day.
PackingAt a pack station now.
In totePicked and waiting to be packed.
To pickAllocated and queued for picking.
UnstartedNot yet picked — pending, on hold, or backordered.

If any orders are past their required ship date, a red pill in the panel header flags how many. When there's nothing due, you'll see "Nothing due today".

Exceptions

The Exceptions panel surfaces the handful of things that need your attention — and only the things you can act on:

ExceptionWhat it meansWhere it takes you
Orders on holdOrders paused for a reason like payment or address verification.Orders, filtered to on-hold
Orders past SLAOpen orders that have missed their required ship date.Orders, filtered to past-SLA
Backordered ordersOrders waiting on stock that ran out.Orders, filtered to backordered
Returns to processRMAs that have come in and need handling.Returns

Each row links straight to the filtered list so you can act on it. When nothing needs attention, the panel reads "No active exceptions".

Warehouse-floor exceptions — things like pick-bin replenishment or tote issues — are your 3PL's concern and don't appear on your account. You see the order- and return-level exceptions that are yours to resolve.

Inventory health

A fast read on which products are running low, based on days of cover — how long current stock will last at your recent sales velocity.

Inventory health panel

The three counters at the top:

  • Low-stock SKUs — products with less than 14 days of cover.
  • Out of stock — products selling but with zero sellable stock on hand.
  • Distinct SKUs — how many products you hold stock for.

Below, a table ranks the SKUs with the least runway first. Days of cover is color-coded so you can triage at a glance:

ColorDays of coverRead it as
🔴 Redunder 7Reorder now
🟡 Amber7 to under 14Reorder soon
🟢 Green14 or moreHealthy

A dash () means there's stock but no recent sales, so there's no velocity to project from.

Lots and sellable stock

For lot-tracked products (like a fermented hot sauce with an expiry date), days of cover counts only sellable stock. Stock on an expired, short-dated, on-hold, or recalled lot is excluded — so a low number reflects what you can actually ship. See the Inventory guide for how lots work.

SLA Performance

Where the On-time fulfillment rate tile is the headline, this panel shows the distribution behind it:

  • On-time — the same rate as the tile, for the selected range.
  • Median ship time — the typical order's fulfillment time, in business hours.
  • P90 ship time — 90% of orders ship faster than this; your worst-case read.

Below the stats, the orders that actually breached SLA are listed so you can see which orders, not just the percentage.

Inbound this week

A quick look at inbound stock:

  • Expected today — purchase orders arriving today.
  • Pending shipments — open POs created but not yet started.
  • In progress — POs the warehouse is actively receiving.

Only Expected today is date-bounded; Pending and In progress count all your open inbound POs. Manage them in the Receiving section.

Fulfilled over time

The chart at the bottom (titled Fulfilled over time) plots orders fulfilled per day across the selected range, so you can spot weekly rhythm and longer-term growth.
